I would just wait till it arrives in Cambodia (My guest it will be within the next couple of months) and ask the vendors about the nano-sims. I am sure shops like Hakse or VIP phone shops will be able to assist.

Hello as well got nano sim, you could ask

nano-SIMS are now getting available with all the carriers, the 16GB is currently $1100 grey;

i bought the iphone 5 from a local shop (import from singapore) and checked with mobitel: still no nano sims. but you can use a microsim and cut it to nano size.

if you still use the old regular sim, it won't work: you need a regular, less than a year old microsim. mobitel charges you $1 if you need to get a newer microsim.
