Where can I purchase a black hole mosquito machine in Cambodia?

My granddaughter has contacted Dengue for the second time. This time it is the Hemorrhaging kind and she is in the hospital recovering from it. Does anyone know how effective the black holes are and where they can be purchased in Cambodia?

I saw a couple of Black Holes lamp at K-four in City Mall, but that was about a year ago, otherwise I have heard that the electrical shops on Monivong may have them, but they are quite expensive.

Thank you! I did see some at a shop at the Savannah Mall, but they were 45.00 for small ones. Not sure if it would be large enough to cover our area.
