Hi Guys

I have a condo in Manila. Im European and my wife is Philippina. Now we are going to move to Europe becouse i got some work to do. We are not sure for how long time we gonna stay there yet.

I like to rent out my condo so i need advice about how i do that. Exept for finding a rental broker im not sure what more is required. Do i need to registrate me as a company regarding paying tax from the monthly rent and how do i do that ?

Any other issues i have to take care of to do it right ?
