This is a beautiful, spacious one-bedroom with a lots of light and a spacious design. It's very close to Russian market but somehow manages to be very quiet. The pics aren't very good as it was very dark, but this place has tons of light with a lots of plants and a great view.

Comes with AC, a wall fan, a TV with cable service, access to a very good washing machine. Fully furnished with a great bed, dinning table and chairs, comfortable couch (not made of wood!), dresser and wardrobe.

The land lady is very nice and speaks French perfectly (with some english).
