Room available in gorgeous house

Hi,
I am an intern in Phnom Penh sharing a house with 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms on St. 236. (by the Olympic stadium)
All my roommates are leaving Phnom Penh, leaving me with a beautiful empty house.
There is 1 room available. The rent for the house is 600$, that is 120$ each. For water we pay around 2$ and electricity 8 $ each. It depends on the consumption, but we end up paying around 130-135$ total.
The house is very comfortable, we have a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, cooker (with oven!), fridge, microwave, boiler, frying pans, dishes, etc.
We have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and we have cable tv (included in the price).
We don’t have Internet anymore, but we can install it again and would be 20$ each for unlimited wireless Internet.
There is also a rooftop terrace!
