At the end of November one of our flatmates is moving out so its time to find someone new..

This place is a little bit special, probably the best flatshare apartment you are likely to find in Phnom Penh. If you want to stay somewhere a little bit more comfortable than most places, and of course with great people then this is for you.

Our place is a very large, elegant and very very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor western style apartment. This is a beautifully converted apartment with great character in an old Cambodian block.

Contains beautiful big western kitchen with breakfast bar and modern oven, huuuge open plan dining and living room with big comfy sofa and + v large outside terrace/garden space. This is somewhere you can live and really feel like you're at home, while being only a short walk from all the amenities of the riverside

We are in the very central Kandal Market area, walking distance from many popular bars and restaurants and other amenities and of course the riverside. About 4 blocks away from the riverfront and about the same from the central market, so the location is great wherever you need to get to day or night.

You'd be sharing with myself and my partner, plus one other and there's still plenty of space left, so guests can be easily accommodated.

The room available is very big with a bed and space for storage. All rooms in the apartment have aircon should you want to use it and the bathroom is shared with only one other.

The cost is $275 a month plus bills.

We have a cleaner who comes regularly and fast unlimited internet connection.

I can be a little flexible on when you move in and how long you want to stay
