I had been living there for a year now. No problems with the house, owners are great, house is almost like Java cafe style. Very airy. It is quite rare to come across these kind of houses. Rent was supposed to be USD 400 initially, but had been reduced to USD 350. However, you will have to buy some basic furniture. We can negotiate with the owners on this.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, hardhitter, and for taking the time to put it in bold type.
I speak perfectly adequate khmer and english, but as the advertisement is from the current tenant, I figured I may get a clearer breakdown of what exactly is staying in the house and what is not, from him/her.
It's been advertised for 10 days on various sites, and is still available. Bit pricey perhaps.
