I have a flat for rent on the edge of BKKI. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, huge balcony, living room, kitchen with stove, frig, hot water... $600/month including water, cable TV. Wifi set up. Pay wifi and electricity separately. Friends are living on the second floor, and we had rented the first floor also but now don't need it. It's 2 doors down from the corner of Street 29 and 294, right near the Independence Monument. You can call the agent directly to see the place (Sok Hun at 077 884 090). Would love to fill as soon as possible!

Hey, sorry, the price is fixed by the landlord so it's not really our decision. It is actually really cheap for a place in BKK1 area which is super central of PP and has really big balcony. Hope you consider it tho.
