Room for rent in very nice 3 bedroom apartment near Independence Monument, between BKK1 and Tonle Bassac. The room itself is good size, has lots of windows and natural light, a bed, desk, built in wardrobe and private attached bathroom. The house is on the second level and had a beautiful terrace with lots of plants overlooking the street. There is also a full kitchen and living room with TV and DVD player. The rent is $250 per month, plus utilities, which are usually between $30-$35. The apartment is available from mid-Septemeber (I am flexible with the dates).
