hi I have to leave my apartment, so thought I'd put it out there and see if anyone is interested!

it's a brand newly renovated top-floor apartment on street 130 and 13, two blocks from the river, with the entrance right night to the Union Commercial Bank on 130 - so it's guarded 24/7 (and the guards are all really nice guys).

the apartment itself is two levels, with a wrought-iron spiral staircase leading up to a curtained sun-room with 360 degree views over the rooftops of downtown Phnom Penh

the main part of the apartment consists of a large, brand new European applianced kitchen with a brand new gas stove and oven, and is lovely and light, with an opaque skylight and large windows with lovely wrought iron windows (although the lovely wrought iron windows do look onto the top of an alley!)

next to the kitchen is the second bedroom, then the laundry, then the guest bathroom, then the entrance hall with the stairs down to the street and up to the sun room

on the other side of the entrance hall is the main bedroom with en suite, double sinks, etc

and after the main bedroom you come in to the lovely living space, which again is light and airy - another opaque skylight and large double wrought iron sliding doors leading on to the balcony overlooking street 13

there are 4 air-conditioners, one in the living room, one in each of the bedrooms, and one in the kitchen, and is furnished with the essentials for modern living, including cabling for internet, phone and tv

the rent is USD750/month, and the landlord is a nice Dutch guy who is incredibly responsive to any problems - like within minutes!

so, im a little bit flexible with when I move out, but essentially the apartment can be available ASAP, so call me on 015 530 521 if you want to come and have a look - awesome place for a couple or a single professional looking for ease, convenience and a really central location!
