SmallWorld Villa provides coworking space where progressive Cambodian youth gather to network, brainstorm and provide workshops for transforming their business dreams and aspirations into reality.

We provide several membership levels for our coworking space, and also provide private office and residential rooms for qualified applicants.

At this time we have one residential room opening for a foreign visitor. This is a quiet, private upstairs room with a full bath and
basic furnishings. You can share our working space, WiFi, and utilities with the opportunity to network with a wide variety of
students.

Our private villa is located on a quiet upscale residential street of the Toul Kork district of Phnom Penh, away from tourist traffic.
Monthly rent is 200 USD and well worth it. For an additional fee, we provide a full service menu with great food and low prices.
