My wife and I have moved out and have left our place behind for the coming year (at least). It is on street 138 (two streets south of Kampuchea Krom), close to the royal university of phnom penh, behind the Lok Song hospital. We are ground level. From the street you enter a gate ..upon entering there is some space (just enough to put a vehicle ...previously we had kept our camry there, or hang our clothes to dry) before getting to doors to enter the home. Entering there is a similar space in front with a small hallway going to the back where there is more space and a small kitchen area and a nice restroom. The hallway is on the right and passes by the bedroom on the left.

Not "fully" furnished BUT does include a king size bed in the bedroom and a couple cabinets in the back that we had used for kitchen stuff (plates, silverware, coffee maker et al). Air conditioner in the bed room but not outside.
