We have three rooms opening up in our apartment in the beginning and middle of May. The apartment is on the corner of 300 + 95 in BKK2 with easy access to markets, shopping, bars, etc. The apartment is quite large with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and an incredible balcony. We have a very well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine and two very friendly indoor/outdoor cats. We don't have wifi since it was more convenient for us to get individual 3G modems, but
the modems are cheap and reliable.

All of the rooms are:
- big, furnished room with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning
- rent is $210/month + utilities: we usually pay about $25/month for electricity
(if we don't run the air conditioning), $5/month for water
- we all share the cost for a cleaner who comes 3 days a week for $27/month per
person
