It also has 1 small spare storage room with a bed for guests, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (both w/ cable televisions), 1 kitchen, a large terrace with view, secure moto/bicycle parking, 2 spacious floors in all. All for $135/mo. plus utilities (water, electricity, 24/7 high-speed internet, housecleaner)! The free bedroom is on the upper floor, where the kitchen & nice terrace are. The flat is fully and pleasantly furnished and decorated. It is in BKK 2, and about a 15-minute walk from Wat Langka. We live above the landlord, an extremely friendly and responsible Khmer family. Current residents are 2 sociable, professional expat women (late 20s & late 30s, one of whom has a home office in a third bedroom), and a very friendly and affectionate cat. You will not find a better deal in Phnom Penh.
