My flatemate and I are soon moving out of our current apartment at Street 310 (corner of Street 63). The location is great as there is tons of restaurants, deli shops, cafes an organic garden shop, travel agents and stuff only a few footsteps away.

The flat itself is a Khmer apartment, meaning that there are no real windows in the bedrooms. (One has a window to the living room and the other one has one facing to the kitchen which cannot be opend) There are two small balconies and alltogether the apartment has a good size.

The rent is 400 US$ plus 3 Dollars for water and 5 for cable if you want. Electricity is not much as long as you do not use the aircon too much. (There is one each in the bedrooms.)
