There is a spacious room for rent in an apartment in Central Phnom Penh just south of Central Market, available 21st of April. The apartment is huge as it was once two apartments renovated into one.

The apartment comes:
- Fully furnished (bedding, plates, furniture, iron etc)
- Western style kitchen
- High ceilings
- Double size balcony
- Washing machine/ fridge
- Flat screen TV with cable (included)

The room:
- Own en suite with bath tub
- Double bed
- AC and Fan
- Desk
- Big wardrobe and chest of drawers

I'm sad to be leaving this fun and laid back apartment, as it is central to everything and the flatmates are great! You'll be living with 3 other expats from around the world. I'm moving to be closer to work.

Rent is $200 per month and deposit is 2 months rent. Utilities (electricity and water) are extra. Cleaning lady is $10 per person/ per month.
