Hi,
On the 15th of february there will be a room available on St 63, central Phnom Penh located conveniently near the cafes and bars on 278 and Lucky Supermarket up the road.
The house is safely above a lovely Khmer family, fully furnished with big spacious kitchen, cable TV, washing machine, and all air-conditioned. There is a balcony and roof terrace with plants to watch sunrise and sunset from. There are three rooms, two of which will be in the process of being re-rented in February.
The Room is $150 per/month, plus cleaning, water and electricity bills.
