As many as 130 participants from Hoi An provincial city, Da Nang City and other areas are expected to participate in the colorful competition, the organizers said.

The event, which starts at 1p.m., attracts tourists from the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort and Spa and the other nearby resorts.

The first prize is VND6 million (US$380), with two second prizes of VND3 million ($185), three third prizes of VND2 million ($130), two "Impression and Unique" awards of VND1.5 million ($92) with four other
