Spoiling mum for a change will never be this easy. From appetizers to deserts, the special Sunday brunch and dinner buffet menu is a masterpiece of succulent seafood, riveting roasts and savoury sauces she is sure to love -- almost as much as the ones treating her to it.
"Women do so much for their families every day," said John Gardner, general manager of the Caravelle. "We want to roll out the red carpet and give everyone a chance to show their mothers how much she's appreciated."
To help pay tribute, Chef Timo Reus has whipped up a bevy of rich and delicious desserts, including a New York cheesecake with perfectly ripened raspberries on top and a white chocolate fountain surrounded by juicy strawberries and fluffy marshmallows.
Mum's hard work will be rewarded even more with a fine selection of free-flowing Italian and Chilean wines, as well as masterfully mixed - and unlimited - margaritas and martinis.
Each buffet is priced at $45++ per person, including a high tea voucher at Lobby Lounge for all mothers.
