On June 15, the hotel goes all out at its Restaurant Nineteen with two spreads sure to make dad melt.
The mouth-watering lunch and dinner buffet menus include fresh flamed rock lobster with brandy, port flavoured beef consommé and seafood skewers cooked in a crowd favourite: beer.
"Our chef is even setting up a prime meat grill station," said John Gardner, general manager of the Caravelle. "If your father is a fan of supreme cuts of meat - and what man isn't? - then this is a sure-fire hit."
To top off the big guy's big day, the lobby restaurant will dish out a myriad of masculine sweets, from Caravelle cream caramel to a wonderfully warmed cherry crumble.
Each buffet is priced at $45++ per person, including a drink voucher at Saigon Saigon Bar for all fathers.
