I have been practicing yoga, on and off, almost all my life, on five continents, in classrooms and privately, sometimes quite successfully and sometimes not, but I always got something out of the experience. So, when I moved to Phnom Penh, almost two years ago, one of the first thing I looked for on EAS was yoga classes. I found the address for the Kundalini Yoga House and very shyly pushed the door. Hanneke welcomed me with a smile and a cup of tea, and introduced me to Kundalini yoga.

An outbreak of diarrhea, some of which is due to cholera, has been reported in at least 11 provinces across the country, including the capital Phnom Penh and Rattanakiri in the northeast. Around 4,000 cases are suspected.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 60 people have died and at least 20 out of 24 provinces have reported cases. The outbreak is attributed to contaminated water. The Ministry of Health has mobilised health care workers to treat those affected.
I finally got to experience Siem Reap's notorious Royal Angkor International Hospital. I have heard so many stories from travellers and expats about outrageous fees (you can read one customer's experience here). Hi. My name is Bronwyn, and, like up to 15 percent of the population, I suffer from depression. Unfortunately for me, although there is a group for recovering alcoholics in Cambodia, and even a group for recovering drug addicts, there is no 12-Step Sad Sacks Anonymous. I have a medical certificate that says I am not crazy, I have been assured by experts that I am not delusional, I am certainly not ashamed and I know I am not alone. Expats and Cambodians alike share dark days like I do, but few people talk about it.

Vendors who respect the law and do not dare to sell no-quality or expired goods, said that Cam-Control officials never pay attention to check goods thoroughly, but they just go to check occasionally, but it is not for checking, but to collect money from the vendors and from businesspeople who do illegal business by distributing or selling no-quality or expired goods.
