Korea BBB is a non-profit organization which was established in 2002 by citizen volunteers with the purpose of helping foreign visitors with any language difficulties they might encounter during their stay in Korea.

BBB is an abbreviation for Before Babel Brigade and refers to the period in history before the confusion of languages at the time of the Tower of Babel. Korean BBB volunteers offer a free interpretation service via mobile phone in 17 languages to help foreigners gain a better understanding of Korea its day-to-day life and its culture.

The BBB International Friends Day BBB World Parade To be held on May 17 at Cheonggyecheon Stream, seeks to promote the BBB movement, which aims to break down the language barrier between locals and foreigners, and provide a place of friendship and international cultural exchange. The parade will feature cultural concepts from all six continents and entertain participants with colorful dances and all forms of recreation. Booths will also be set up by various cultural groups to provide visitors with opportunities to sample cultures from around the world. Some 1,000 foreigners and 5,000 Koreans will participate, including general citizens and BBB volunteers.

BBB will be holding its 2nd Annual BBB International Friends Day- World Paradeat Cheong-gye Stream on Sat. 17th May to cultivate international friendship in cooperation with Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, JoongAng Ilbo, YTN and Arirang TV.

Participants can register from 8:00 to 9:00am, while the opening ceremony is from 9:00 to 9:30. The parade, meanwhile, runs from 9:30 to 12:00 for a distance of 5.8km.
