The Regent School of Business Management Development Programme is a fully customised and tailored service, including full training needs assessment, and offering a range of both short-term and extended courses. These cover all the skills required for effective and efficient management from basic supervisory level up to executive level. Courses are offered either in the form of workshops lasting between 1-5 days depending on the content, or part-time courses delivered over 2-3 months.

Although each module is self-contained, a clear progression route can be followed through the two Diploma Levels, enabling candidates to build upon the knowledge gained at each stage.
