Looking for an apartment, or housemates to look together for a place. My preferred budget is $80-$170 a person for monthly rent before services.
I would prefer to live downtown near the Russian Market, but I am open to other areas, particularly if the price is right. I live in that area now and it is convenient for me. I am mostly focused on price. A place that's low on amenities is fine with me as long as it's reasonably safe and clean.
I'm currently working at an NGO. I'm a 22 year-old female, and I intend to stay in Cambodia for at least the next year. I'm trying to plan on living in my new place through February and being flexible after that, as my workplace may change. I'm American, but open to living with people of all nationalities and either sex.
I'm easy-going, friendly, and independent. I'm also clean and responsible. I do not want to live with users of illegal drugs or anyone that drinks heavily. I would prefer to live with non-smokers or with smokers who don't light up in the house. I have to work early every morning, so I would also prefer a place that is quiet enough to sleep after 10 PM or so. I'm also flexible if you have different requirements for when I would need to be quiet. If you tend bar late at night, I will tip-toe around while you sleep, don't worry.
I'd prefer someone respectful with a sense of humor. I'm OK with living with singles, couples, or people with children, as well. My primary goal is an atmosphere of respect, amiability, and eventual trust.
I don't find a/c a requirement, though it'd be nice as an option. I do not plan to use it often if ever. Hot water is not a necessity.
Internet service is - I would like to go in on Internet services with my housemates, preferably a high speed one if it's available. I do not consider a maid to be necessary or desirable, but I'd be willing to go in for one for a decent price if it's important to my housemates. A television hook-up is not necessary. I do not require space for a car, but maybe a bicycle. A fridge is neccesary, a stove/oven is not so much. A washing machine is a plus, but not a requirement.
I have no pets and no plans to get one. I'm not opposed to living with people that have them. I like cats and depending on the dog, they're all right, too. My current place has a dog that growls and barks at me every single day, so a little less of that would be appreciated. I'm not a fan of giant, malevolent-looking snakes, but maybe we could work something out.
If you think we can work something out, please message me on this website or call me after 6PM at 077992658.
Thanks for your time.
