The Pickled Parrot Pub & Restaurant was opened in October 2004. The business is Western Managed and run by an Australian and his Cambodian wife. The business is open 24 hours due to the guesthouse above and boasts a full international menu with weekly specials. Serving food from 6am to 12am.
