CREATIONS Launch Party on 28 September, 2007

This exciting event combined edible sculptures, a food-fashion show and live DJ to highlight the unique fusion dishes created especially for Java by resident chef, Nicklas Olsson. Starting in October every Thursday night is CREATION night when Nicklas will serve up dishes that look as beautiful as they taste, incorporating flavors and cooking methods from around the globe.

Opening Night

Thursday is not the only night to eat a creation at Java, but also every night with a new dinner menu and weekly specials designed by Nicklas.

Java Café & Gallery was established in 2000 as a unique combination of a café and gallery to support a dynamic art scene in Cambodia. To accomplish this aim, Java Café & Gallery has hosted over 50 exhibitions featuring both local and international artists in addition to artist presentations, exchange projects and forums.

Located overlooking Hun Sen Park, Java Café & Gallery is ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery or meet friends while enjoying delicious homemade food, desserts, great coffee, a refreshing drink or cocktail.

Java Café & Gallery is open 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

Downstairs from the restaurant is Java's in-house bakery and deli, Java Express, where you can get fresh bread, bagels and cakes, as well as sandwiches and salads to go or eat in.
