recommend a van and driver in Ha Noi? or know how much this should cost?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on hiring a van and english speaking driver in Ha Noi - it would be to drive 5 passengers around Ha Noi, day trips outside, and maybe a night or two outside of Ha Noi. This is for business and not for tourism so would need to be on call with us all day and take us to requested locations.
If anyone could recommend a reliable and safe driver that would be great - or if anyone can give us an estimate of what you think this should cost.

Hi, you'd need a Sprinter, most likely, or a Transit - as 5 people, plus driver, plus luggage ..... I have a full Vietnamese license up to 9 seats (though it's marked not for commercial use). Point being, a regular driver in Vietnam is most unlikely to speak English. A self-drive hire car (you can't, you need Viet licence and residency) actually costs more than a car and driver, and also you would have to pay for driver's room on the road - I would suggest a mini van and driver, and English-speaking guide, and they can share a room / the work, and also get you good rates en route - via their employer - the tour company.
