Hi , I realise the laws changed in 2007 and it is now possible to import 100% new +175cc motorcycle into Vietnam. This was due to their joining WTO.

However , I am looking for information or an agent willing to import old Classic bike.

I am Australian and lived in VN for 8 years. I currently have a working permit and I'd like to import my own bike here. I have no intention of ever selling the bike here instead taking it back to Australia to sell one day.

I would certainly rather do this by legal means , but if it needs to be dodgy and it works , well no problem by me.

Any information may help.
