being pregnant in Vietnam

I am planning to move to Ho Chi Minh Ville soon for work in a NGO.
I am pregnant and I'd like to make sure its ok and safe to be pregnant and to deliver in HCMV (FV hospital most probably)?

Has anyone been through this? Do you know expats who have been working and being pregnant in Vietnam?
