I have 20+ years’ experience in working with families, Children, Youth and Aged, based in Siem Reap, Cambodia though would relocate.

Welfare/management experience includes:
• Case management
• Program development and Coordination
• Program assessment and Review
• Budget preparation, cost estimates, monitoring of support budgets
• Report and letter writing
• Record and File keeping
• Excellent Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Email, Data Bases
• General administration skills
• Staffing recruitment, rostering, training and supervision
• Assessment and recommendations
• Submission writing and funding applications
• Training and development
• Appraise & Review staff performance
• Ability to learn current legislation relevant to position
• Enjoys taking on new initiatives and responsibilities

Disability Specific Programs
Experience includes:
• Behaviour Management/Modification Programs
• Skills Training/Development
