Beginning in February, ongoing Mastermind Groups will be starting up in Manila to exclusively support Expats focused on launching or expanding their PORTABLE CAREERS. These groups will exist as a sounding board for expats in career transition, to enable them to find and sustain a portable career that brings great personal success and fulfillment.

In this group, success is defined individually; no two people will come with the same definition. In addition, career is defined in loose terms and could include a job at a local employer, an entrepreneurial venture, a full-time volunteer position or the focused pursuit of a hobby. The key factor is that the member views that chosen “career” as a meaningful way to spend their time, incorporating their past skills and passions in an intentional way.

Key Details
• Number of Participants per group: 4 + Sarah Novak as the Facilitator
• Date and Time of meetings: TBD by the accepted group members
• Location: A coffee shop in Makati
• Frequency of Meetings: Every other week for 90 minutes (2/month)
• Cost: $100 per person a month for two – 90 minute group sessions
• All group members will sign confidentiality agreements prior to kickoff
• Members will support each other via message board in-between meetings

90 Minute meetings will generally follow this format:
1. Greetings
2. Sharing of Success stories
3. Goals for the upcoming month
4. Masterminding/Brainstorming (each member gets a chance in the hot seat)
5. Resource Sharing
6. Closing
