Hello all,
I am looking for an apartment/Flat in Phnom Penh. I am looking for something no smaller than 4.5m x 15m, no more than $40k. 1st, 2nd and MAYBE 3rd floors. We are looking for a central location. Western influence is a plus.
Places I am looking for an apartment:
BBK1
BBK2
Near or around Russian Market
Near or around Orsey Market
Near or around Central Market
East of Norodom
Around Olympic Stadium
Places I am not interested in:
Veng Sreng
Not near factories
Not near 2004
Not near or around or even close to the airport
Also we are not interested in partially completed apartments.

I will let you know and if you would like to contact me you can call me at 017 405 743. that other site BT is a nightmare, hence why I posted here. Just not a lot of traffic here.
You have to look in the right areas for these types of apartments, shop houses with shared external staircases are very rare in BKK and Toul Tom Pong or anywhere else where the shop houses were recent constructions.
Most such apartments are located in Daun Penh / the area between Sihanouk Blvd, Russian Blvd and the river. There are a lot to be found behind the river and also near O'russei market but these areas are very heavily populated so are noisy and dirty. I think the best place to look is in between Norodom and Monivong from Street 240 to 154. This area is much more quiet and the shop houses tend to be longer in this area, my last place there was 25x4.2m.
