Well it is not Colonial, and is near Independence monument, so not near the Wat, sorry, But is an Older style house.
5 bedrooms, all ensuite. Large lounge, dining room, large kitchen, great upstairs baclony, room for 3 cars, (not a garden as such but has Mango trees...) enclosed pool area, generator. Staff quarters.
Furniture, 2 double beds, may be possible to get more. built in Wardrobes, Kitchen, 2 large wood cabinets plenty of cupboards, table and chairs, Fridge, Washing machine, Gas/electric cooker, Lounge, 3 piece suite, coffee table , TV, A/C's . Dining Room, large table, 8 chairs.
