Hello Roshan,
I am Mai, 28, female, from Vietnam. I will work with UN at ECCC for 2 months and half from 1 April to 15 June 2010. I will be in Phnom Penh on 30 March, after 2pm and I am looking for a place to stay. I am interested in sharing a place with you. I prefer the fan room. So I hope that I can move in starting on 1 April? Please let me know if it is possible, or perhaps we can meet up to discuss further when I am in Phnom Penh?

I'm sorry but the rooms will not be available before end of April. However when you will be in PP, you are welcomed to come and visit the house if you want to move in by May ...let me know

Thanks for your information. The web site is a bit confusing to me. Well, I would like to know that how much the rent for a place, which should have a free Internet access and a ready-to-use kitchen, no need A/C or TV capable? Does the rent include electricity and water, etc.? Be honest, the price 275 is a bit high for me.

well we have an upcoming vacancy in each - however if you would like to get below 300usd than it is only the studio apartment in building I - on Street 111 (close to O Russey Market and Olympic Stadium),
the cable TV is additional 5 usd/month, Internet 30usd/month - but it is really good speed- we lately improved internet service, water is for free and electricity is 0,28usd/kwh

Cleaning twice a week costs 20usd/month, laundry 30usd/month also twice a week., I attach the photo of studio room.
Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to know.

yes, this is the 275usd/month studio,
we also have one studio that is smaller than the others and we rent it for 220usd/month,
one bedroom is same style just has additional room,the price is 350usd/month, unfortunately I do not have a photo but you are welcome to come and see the apartments,
