This second story four bedroom / two bathroom house is designed by a Canadian so it resembles a western house. It has a large modern kitchen, dining room, living room and storage room. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in closet. Both bathrooms have a tub with hot water. The four air-conditioners can keep the whole house cool. There is space for a car and several bikes. The property is at the end of one of the only cul-de-sacs in Phnom Penh so there is next to no traffic noise. The yard has several trees and a gazebo.
