Seeking a flat in PP

Good morning everybody,
We are a couple and we arrived, two weeks ago, in PP. We are still looking for a flat in MNR2 (olympic stadium) or between Wat Phnom, Central Market and Royal Palace.
We would like a fully furnished:
- 2 bedrooms with windows and at least one with an AC
- one or two bathrooms with hot water
- a kitchen
- a living room
- a big balcony and/or a terace
The flat should have airflows, be luminous in a quiet street.
Don't hesitate to contact me or to give me advice. We are in PP for a year (maybe more) and it's really difficult to find something where we can feel confortable for a good price ( max $500).

there's a small 2br apartment opposite psar kandal, above the chemist shop on the corner (western side of the market) ... not sure details, you'll need to go approach the landlady ... outside looks very ... old ... but inside reasonable (not western styled though), although it does have a corner balcony, a/c, bathroom with hot water, separate living/lounge rooms, kitchen, and plenty of windows ... last i heard, the landlady was asking about 250/mth, 1 mth bond ...
Edit: I only just read the "quiet street" requirement ... guess this isn't a quiet street, but at least it's convenient, heh
