I have 2 roommates moving out at the beginning of June so I would like to fill one or both bedrooms asap! The Phtea L'veng is in Toul Kork on a quiet street. The house is extremely clean and very updated, is partly furnished, has a great kitchen w/ a big fridge, a screened in back porch, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. Both open bedrooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom.

Total rent is $350 so depending on if both rooms are filled, rent will be $116-$175/month. Extras are:

Househelper (she cooks/cleans/does laundry 3 times/week and is amazing!!) $60/month
Internet $25/month
Electricity varies with use of Aircon
Trash $3
Water $2

These will be split evenly each month depending on many roommates we have.
