We have some rooms available in our lovely apartment near Tuol Sleng starting in September. Details about the rooms and contact information if you are interested is below.

Info about the apartment

Its a furnished three-bedroom apartment (each with its own ensuite) with large living room and well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms all have A/C, wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with electric hot water, and there is wifi and cable TV. There is also a lovely balcony with a table, chairs and a large mango tree (mangoes included).

The apartment is on the second floor of a three-story villa and located in a very safe neighbourhood near the Tuol Sleng Museum. The landlady and her family live on the ground floor; she speaks excellent English and French and is very responsive to any requests.

You would be sharing with two others.

Info about the rooms and when they are available

Room 1: Large room with large ensuite bathroom (separate shower and bathtub). Available as of 15 October. Cost $180 per month, plus bills (usually around $30 p/m) and wifi (around $8 p/m)

Room 2: Medium sized room with ensuite bathroom. Available as of 1 October. Cost: $170 per month, plus bills (usually around $30 p/m) and wifi (around $8 p/m)

Room 3: Medium sized room with ensuite bathroom. Available as of 1 October. Cost: $170 per month, plus bills (usually around $30 p/m) and wifi (around $8 p/m)
