I found a nice place near the shop2 in toul kork. Looking for someone who will be around for a year to rent with. I'm also willing to look other places. FYI near by is also a brand new Shopping center tk avenue with browns and a movie theater. I like the general area as it mostly people who stay in the area long term and want to avoid the backpacker bar scene every night of the week.
