The apartment is located at Psar Chas (crossing street 15 and 110) and is shared by two easy going girls from France.
The rental price is USD 160 (cleaning costs included, charges excluded). Shared bathroom. Charges depend on the use of a/c (approximately 30-40 dol per month)

One small room with single bed and fan can also be available at USD 130 (approximately USD 140 including charges).
