I am currently renting a room on the first floor of a spacious four story house in Central Phnom Penh. The house is located at the Monivong end of street 350 near street 95. The house is close to restaurants, minimarts, a supermarket and a gym.

I am travelling to India soon and I am looking for someone to rent my room for four weeks from Saturday 17 August 2013 to Saturday 14 September 2013. The month’s rent is $233 plus bills.

I share my floor of the house with two other expats; one mail and one female. They are both friendly, young professionals.
