Dear all,

as I will be leaving Phnom Penh soon, a beautiful and spacious room in a lovely shared flat waits for you!
The apartment is located in street 306 between Monivong Blvd and street 63, close to a lot of restaurants and bars, as well as Lucky Supermarket on Sihanouk Blvd.
You'll share the apartment with 3 others (1 French woman and 2 Australian men), who work for NGO or as teacher (open-minded, easy-going, lovely!), plus our funny and lively cat.
The family who owns this apartment lives downstairs and they're really friendly. The neighbourhood is very secure (a lot of guards around in the street, members of family stay around the gate in the daytime, during nighttime always locked!)

My room is fully furnitured and big, including private bathroom, air-con, fan and a small room, which can be used as a wardrobe.

The kitchen and the big living-room are shared. The housekeeper cleans our flat incl. every room every monday. We have as well a nice balcony!

My last rent was about 280 USD, incl. internet and all bills (as well air-con) and the place is definitely worth the money.

I'll leave Phnom Penh on July 5.
