I am moving out of my flat on August 27th. It is centrally located on St. 174, close to Central Market, great restaurants, nightlife, etc. The apartment is 4 bedrooms, beautiful and spacious, and the room you would be taking includes a western-style, private bathroom. There are three other flatmates, two French and one Brit. Rent is $200/mo, around $230 including utilities (wifi included).
