We are looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment sometime between Feb. 1st and 10th. The location in BKK2 is fantastic and very safe, with easy access to nightlife, markets, restaurants, etc. We live above our landlord and have a great relationship with the family.

The room has aircon, a private bathroom with a shower, a queen sized bed, and a wardrobe. The rent is $110 per month + utilities, which usually come out to around $50 per person per month including wifi, electricity (at the Khmer price), water, etc. The apartment is great, with a giant, well-lit, 2 story living room, a small balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen.

My flatmate and I are both Americans in our mid-20s who are very easy-going. We also have a very friendly cat who spends his nights and parts of the day outdoors.
