The room is very spacious, with air-con, fan, comfy bed and a modern bathroom, with hot water (separate to the room, but not shared)… We’ve got a washing machine and a great kitchen (with a real oven). Landlord lives on ground floor – very friendly, speaks English (and German).

Room will be available from 22 February 2010.
