I have a double room available in a great location. I will be very sorry to see it go, but my employment contract is coming to an end so I’m looking for someone to take it asap.

The flat is on street 21, near Sihanouk Boulevard and Independence Monument, in an area that’s really popular with expats. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Java Café and a 10 minute walk from the nightlife of Street 278. The next street West from the apartment has a food market where I pick up breakfast in the morning. There are great restaurants on the street, like Sovanna, and the building is next door to Skyline Apartments, which has security outside. The landlord's family live downstairs and they are really friendly, and take very good care of the place. The street and the apartment are very secure, as well as nice and quiet at night.

There’s plenty of natural light in the room, thanks to big windows, and there’s a mango tree right outside. The room also has air-con and an ensuite with hot water. The house has a really large living room, kitchen, and a balcony with couches to enjoy the atmosphere on the street.

My other housemates are two very friendly Swedes who are great company.
