We have to go back to our country, so we are looking for someone to take over our apartment lease. It's located near Russian Market, 5 mins to BKK1, 3 mins to the Flicks, 1 min to Phnom Penh Sports Club; and walking-distance to fresh market, supermarkets and nice coffee shops.

This 2 storey apartment is fully furnished and comes with three bedroom with private bathroom; each room has bed, mattress, wardrobe and dressing table. There are 2 air-con and 1 fan room. We also have kitchen and dinning table; living room, sofa and TV. We share wifi internet with the house next door, yet the signal is fast and reliable enough.

The rent for this flat is $250 per month only. Ideally for someone who are looking for cheap and nice accommodation. If you have two friends to share the house with, then you'll pay only $84 each!!!

Of cause, water+electricity+wifi+cable TV are not include. We never pay the bills for the whole house more than $50 per month. However it's depend on how you consume resources.
