4. no further than the russian market, (i.e. sovannah and street 271 = too far, so is any place past the bridges/rivers),
5. the central market,
6. the olympic market

what:

1. ideally, 100 square meter footprint
2. on 3 floors.
3. ground floor for studios using heavy material or tools,
4. 1st floor for painters, l
5. ast floor, for living.

we need :

1. good water pipes and
2. electricity,
3. fans,
4. a little space around to eventually set up a kiln.
5. no need for air con.
