Looking for somewhere to set up an idea that's been floating around at the back of my mind for a while now ... need an open space, big enough for about a dozen cubicles, each cubicle about 2mx2m ... needs to be somewhere that has a lot of power outlets (wall sockets), don't want everyone tripping over wires all the time ... must have a fixed phone line ... location needs to be still within CDB PP, but does NOT need to be central or close to anything ... can be ground floor, up in the attic, whatever, but MUST have at least one bathroom (with showers), and preferably a small kitchenette, especially if no markets or food vendors nearby ... also need space out front/back for secure moto parking ...
