Is someone looking for a room? Look no further! The room is on the 1st floor of a wooden house and will be available from November 2009 to February 2010. It's centrally located about 2 minutes from Independence Monument.
Included are 1 BR (pleasent, wicker and wood furniture), 1 large living room (wicker furniture, TV), large kitchen (fully equipped), bathroom with washing machine and large balcony.
The place is $ 275 (all incl. - water, electricity, cleaning) per person, no AC but fans.
